Here's some of what you will be doing:
Supporting the Marketing Director to implement and evolve the overarching marketing strategy.
Owning the national retail calendar, campaigns, key trading dates, and local centre initiatives aligned with business goals.
Leading the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, in-centre screens, PR, and POS to drive ROI.
Managing and optimising relationships with key partners, including PR and creative agencies, content creators, and influencers.
Overseeing brand communications, product launches, promotions, and creative assets across multiple formats.
Championing customer experience, using insights and research to guide improvements along the customer journey.
Leading and mentoring a growing team of four, including a Social Media Marketing Manager and Marketing Executives.
Managing budgets, marketing performance reporting, and supplier KPIs to deliver maximum value.
