MY HoLLYWOOD JOURNEY
I joined Hollywood Bowl as an Assistant Manager and suceeded in being placed on the General Manager in training programme 18 months later. This was the first year of CMIT, which upskilled me to become a GeneralManager.
More recently I have successfully completed the Senior Leadership Development Programme which built on the skills I had learnt as a General Manager, enabling me to begin a new role as a Regional Support Manager.
WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNT SO FAR?
Throughout every position I have held in the company, I’ve been able to see how my actions have had a direct impact on customer experience. That sense of ownership and responsibility makes me love working for Hollywood Bowl and motivates me to keep searching for ways to allow our customers to have an even better time.
WHAT ARE THE BeST BITS OF YOUR JOB?
Seeing and hearing that our customers have had a great time at our centres – I find it incredibly motivating.
