The What...

Supporting the accounts payable team with the general operation of the accounts payable department to ensure that daily, weekly and monthly tasks relating to Purchase Ledger, Banking and Sales Ledger are completed on time and to a high standard.

The responsibilities of the role includes:

• Process supplier invoices accurately and promptly

• Handle supplier statements and perform reconciliation

• Respond to supplier queries via email and phone

• Maintain accurate and organised financial records

• Support the wider Finance team with ad‑hoc tasks as required

To be successful, you'll have:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication skills

• A positive, proactive attitude

• Ability to work well in a team

• Basic Excel skills

• A desire to pursue AAT (no prior finance experience required)
