About the role

Our D&I Champions host group meetings that provide a safe space to start the conversation, ensuring we are providing a workplace that is rewarding for all and where positive action is encouraged and supported.
What does being a Champion include?
With the support from the people team, you will host annual meetings for your chosen group, providing the opportunity and platform to share experiences, provide encouragement and explore ideas and initiatives that the business can implement to become even more diverse and inclusive.

Do I have to identify as part of the group to apply?
No – ultimately we want these groups to be safe spaces for those individuals who are part of the group, however it is important to understand that whilst not directly part of a group, we appreciate that individuals may have other circumstances that would be relevant.
What experience do I need to have?
Be confident in leading and hosting large groups with experience in doing so. You will be responsible for collating actions and managing the projects/initiatives identified by the group so organisation and exceptional listening skills is essential. Experience in managing projects across multiple departments and stakeholders will set you up for success. More than anything, we need you to be passionate about this group and making a difference.
What does the selection process look like?
If shortlisted, you will be invited to an interview to explore the opportunity further.

We want to set you up for success so we will be inviting you to a full training day to give you all the skills and knowledge you need.
