We’re now looking for a Group Payroll Supervisor to lead our payroll operations across the UK and Canada.

The What...

• Leading and delivering the payroll strategy across the UK and Canada
• Managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and full legislative compliance
• Reviewing and approving payroll calculations, benefits, pensions and statutory payments
• Overseeing payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits
• Coordinating year-end activities including statutory filings and tax documentation
• Managing and developing two Payroll Administrators

To be successful, you'll have:

• Proven payroll leadership experience, including managing or supervising a team
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation (HMRC, PAYE, pensions, statutory payments)
• Exposure to Canadian payroll legislation is highly desirable
• Experience with payroll systems, HRIS platforms and payroll reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
• A confident decision-maker with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues independently
