About the role

As our Group People System Advisor you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the groups Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role ensures data accuracy, optimises system workflows, supports people processes, and provides technical expertise that helps the People team operate efficiently and deliver a smooth employee experience.

The What...

Key Responsibilities

HRIS Administration & Support

  • Maintain and configure the HRIS, including workflows, fields, modules, and permissions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day support to the People team and employees.
  • Monitor system performance and coordinate with vendors when needed.

Data Management & Integrity

  • Ensure accurate, consistent, and high-quality employee data.
  • Perform regular audits, data cleanups, and quality checks.
  • Manage imports, mass updates, and data integrations.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create and maintain People dashboards and reports (headcount, turnover, compliance, etc.).
  • Support People team and stakeholders with ad-hoc reporting.
  • Ensure proper data governance and confidentiality.

Process Optimization

  • Analyse people processes to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Enhance workflows for onboarding, changes, performance cycles, and offboarding.
  • Document processes, configurations, and system changes.

System Enhancements & Projects

  • Support HRIS upgrades, new modules, and system expansions.
  • Participate in implementation projects for new People technologies.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors on integrations.

Training & User Support

  • Provide people team and HODs, Ops teams with training and guidance on system functionality.
  • Build user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Act as the HRIS subject-matter expert for the organization.

To be successful, you'll have:

  • 2–5+ years working with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, HiBob, Ceridian, BambooHR, Oracle, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation.

Preferred

  • Experience with integrations (API, SSO, data feeds) or technical configuration.
  • Advanced Excel or basic SQL skills.
  • Experience in fast-scaling or multi-country People environments.
