The What...
The Product Manager will work across the activity product mix and help to shape the future portfolio for Hollywood Bowl, providing leadership, direction and coordination across product activity.
Reporting to and partnering with the Product Director, this role is pivotal to commercial success, first-class customer experience and the continued evolution of the Hollywood Bowl activity offer across the estate.
You will:
- Partner with the Product Director to help shape and evolve the product strategy across amusements, food and drink, and emerging activity propositions
- Work across Product, Operations, Marketing, Property, Finance, suppliers and centre teams to ensure new activity concepts are commercially robust, operationally deliverable and aligned to the wider customer proposition
- Build trusted relationships across senior stakeholder groups, influencing decisions and supporting joined-up delivery across the business
- Oversee the commercial performance of the activity portfolio, using data and insight to identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve margin, optimise space and strengthen customer experience
- Support the Product Director with commercial analysis, strategic recommendations and decision-making for new builds, refurbishments, trials, rollouts and wider business projects
- Lead and support new product opportunities. Identifying market trends, competitor activity and innovation opportunities that could strengthen the Hollywood Bowl activity portfolio.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Previous experience in a senior commercial, product, category, leisure, retail, hospitality or multi-site operational role
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to understand revenue, margin, return on investment, space utilisation, guest experience and operational impact
- Experience of shaping plans, leading delivery and translating strategic objectives into practical actions across multiple workstreams
- Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with senior internal teams, external suppliers and operational stakeholders
- Ability to interpret performance data and market insight, turning findings into clear recommendations that improve commercial performance and customer experience
- Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, suppliers and deadlines at pace
