The What...
As a People Partner here at Hollywood Bowl Group, you’ll be in our centres five days of the week supporting the centres in your region (South Coast), working in partnership with Regional Support Managers, Centre Managers and the People team.
Partnering with key stakeholders, you will lead and drive internal development, succession planning, training and organisation change to ensure talented and engaged teams, thriving with potential. You will be a creator of positive energy, leading and implementing our people initiatives through effective coaching and role modelling.
Your role would focus on supporting:
- Developing top talent
- Wellbeing and diversity
- Centre recruitment
- Supporting inductions
- Engagement
- Brand standards
- ER cases
This role is a 12 month FTC.
The Who...
To be successful as a People Partner, you’ll have:
- Industry experience in multi-site HR operations in leisure, hospitality or retail sector
- HR professional with a clear understanding of broad range of HR
- Flexibility to operate on broad policy level as well as detailed case management level
- Strong commercial awareness as well as technical expertise preferred
- Excellent relationship and rapport building ability with people at all levels of the organisation.
- Must have excellent communication, strong influencing skills and the ability to make things happen through others
- Good interpersonal skills along with flexibility and the ability to manage multiple and complex tasks
- Degree qualified and HR qualification preferred, but not essential
