customer contact centre advisor - what are we looking for?

Our busy Customer Contact Centre located in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, takes between 1,200 and 3,000 calls a day from our customers, and up to 4,000+ calls at peak times of the year. That’s why we need highly motivated individuals who can work as part of our team to ensure that every call is answered quickly and professionally.

You’ll be selling and advising on our bowling experience to both current and potential customers through incoming and outgoing calls. You’ll recognise exactly what they’re looking for, and ensure they receive the correct offers and packages.

As a Contact Centre Advisor, being the first port of call for our customers’ journey, you’ll have a confident and professional telephone manner and you’ll be passionate about delivering the very best customer service with each and every call. Plus, you’ll be enthusiastic and continually motivated to ensure you and your team are achieving and exceeding our targets.

Open Monday to Sunday, typically between 9am–9pm (plus late-night Fridays and early morning Saturdays), the Customer Contact Centre offers a great deal of flexibility with varying shift patterns across a 7-day working week.
