Our Champions

To build a truly inclusive workplace, we’ve appointed Diversity and Inclusion Champions across key groups: age, ethnicity, female, disability, and LGBTQ+. These champions help ensure that the unique experiences and challenges of each group are listened to. They foster awareness and education, support open dialogue, and drive positive action to create a culture where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive. By focusing on these diverse perspectives, we strengthen our culture and build a workplace that reflects the world around us.

Women Champion Group

I chose to be a champion because, as a working mum in the industry, I believe in the power of sharing real stories to inspire and drive change. I am passionate about showing that you can thrive both as a parent and a professional. I care about empowering women to progress in their careers and want to help ensure our workplace is inclusive, flexible and supportive for all. My goal is to break down barriers and ensure every women feels confident and encouraged to pursue their ambitions.

Disability Champion Group

I have I worked with charities who help support the families of children and young people with disabilities. As part of the local parent carer forum, I have worked alongside local authorities, education, health and other services providers, to ensure that the services they plan, commission, deliver and monitor meet the needs of the local community. This experience has also given me transferable skills and experience in my life as a Centre Manager.

Having grown up in London and still living here gives me a unique insight into this topic because of its multi-cultural population.

I want to help develop a culture within Hollywood Bowl Group where everyone feels included, the atmosphere is inclusive, and there is a greater understanding of each other.

I chose to be a champion because I want to have an impact on creating and maintaining a work environment where everyone, regardless of their age, feels valued and empowered. Seeing the immense potential and wisdom that experienced Team Members bring, coupled with the fresh perspectives and innovative ideas from younger Team Members, drives me to champion an age-diverse workforce.

LGBTQ+ Champion Group

I am the D&I champion for the LGBTQ+, and being part of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I am passionate about being an advocate for all members of the community.

My aim in the D&I role is to assist in creating a safe, inclusive and supportive culture for LGBTQ+ talent and create a culture where all individuals get to be their full and authentic selves, and feel they have equal opportunities.
