The hands-on experience of being temporary in charge at a different centre has been, by far, my favourite part! You are given the keys and trust to put all the theory into practice, whilst progressing with your team through the experience. It provides you the chance to step up with a strong support network behind you. A you navigate through the challenges and successes, you are placed out of your comfort zone, encouraging self belief and determination. 

My favourite part of the programme is the collaboration between the support centre and our centre teams. This connection has given me valuable insight into how our centres operate and allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the different departments and functions. At the same time, I'm developing essential management and leadership skills, helping me grow both professionally and personally.
